Have you reached this point and discovered that finding, arranging, coordinating,
and managing the care and support is becoming a nightmare? Do you live away from
your loved ones and feel “in the dark” when it comes to their care? Do you live
in a regional or remote area and need better access to a doctor, a home nurse, or
domestic help? Do you need reliable information that is relevant to your specific
condition and circumstance?
If you are like many of us which are in this situation then you are in the right
place.

-
August 2012, SeeCare, in collaboration with the National E-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA), is
integrating the SeeCare web-site with the
Personally Controlled Electronic
Health Record (PCEHR).
The integrated SeeCare system will allow health consumers to access their health records: health summaries from GPs, test results, medications, specialist letters, and more.
Subject to permissions, approved family members could also use SeeCare to access the records of someone
they care for.
Using SeeCare, health consumers can identify, access, and share information relevant
to different aspects of their care.
SeeCare is currently the first and only Consumer Portal developer to join the PCEHR project as an approved Vendor.
